HANUMAN JI KI VANSHAVALI - KULVRIKSH VANSHAVALI

According to the calculations of astrologers, Bajrangbali was born on Chaitra Purnima on Tuesday in the combination of Chitra Nakshatra and Aries Ascendant.

Hanumanji's father was Kesari, the monkey king of Sumeru mountain and mother was Anjani.

Hanuman ji is also known as Pawan Putra and his father is also considered as Vayu Dev.

They have huge and grand temples in Salasar and Mehandipur Dham of Rajasthan.

Punjikasthali means Mother Anjani

Punjikasthali was an Apsara in the assembly of Devraj Indra.

Once when Durvasa was present in the meeting of sage Indra, Apsara Punjikasthali was moving in and out again and again.

Angered by this, sage Durvasa cursed him to become a monkey.

When Punjikasthali asked for forgiveness, the sage also gave a boon to assume the form as desired.

After a few years, Punjikasthali took birth in the form of a monkey from the womb of the wife of Vanara Shrestha Viraj.

She was named Anjani. On being eligible for marriage, the father married his beautiful daughter to the great mighty ape Shiromani Vanaraja Kesari.

In this form, Punjiksthali Mata was called Anjani.

Sages gave a boon to Vanaraja

Once while roaming, the monkey king Kesari reached near Prabhas Tirtha. He saw that many sages had come there.

Some sadhus were offering prayers by placing a seat on the shore.

At that very moment a huge elephant came there and started killing the sages. Sage Bharadwaj was sitting calmly on the seat, the evil elephant pounced on him.

When Kesari saw the elephant creating a ruckus from a nearby mountain peak, he forcibly pulled out its big teeth and killed it.

Pleased on the death of the elephant, the sages said, 'Ask for a boon, Vanararaj.' Kesari asked for a boon, 'Lord, who takes the form according to his will, mighty like the wind and give me a son like Rudra.' The sages said 'Tathastu' and they left.

Mother Anjana getting angry

One day Mata Anjani was going to the top of the mountain in human form.

She was admiring the beauty of the setting sun.

Suddenly strong winds started blowing. And his clothes were a bit blown away.

He looked around but even the leaves of the surrounding trees were not moving.

He thought that some demon was doing audacity by becoming invisible.

So she said aloud, 'Who is the wicked one trying to insult me, a virtuous woman?' Then suddenly Pawan Dev appeared and said, 'Devi, do not be angry and forgive me.

Your husband has been blessed by the sages to be a mighty son like me.

Being compelled by the words of the same Mahatmas, I have touched your body. With my share you will get a majestic child.

He further said, 'Lord Rudra has entered into you by my touch. He will appear as your son.' Lord Rudra himself incarnated in the area of Vanararaj Kesari.

In this way Shri Ramdoot Hanumanji was born in the place of Vanararaj Kesari.

Many such things have been described in Sanatan Dharma, knowing which the general public is surprised.
